can’t thank Merstow Green Funeral Home enough for the care and compassion they showed in arranging my mum’s funeral. From the very first call, everyone was kind, patient, and so understanding.

Everything on the day was handled beautifully — calm, respectful, and full of care. The service felt personal and just right for Mum, which meant a great deal to all of us.

Every member of the team was thoughtful and professional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. They made a very difficult time that bit easier and helped us give Mum the farewell she deserved.

Kevin and his team had made all of the arrangements for my Mum's ceremony in 2018, so when my Dad sadly passed away on 25th September 2025, i had no hesitation in appointing him to arrange the proceedings for my Dad. Kevin liaised closely with me during the weeks leading up to Dad's celebration of life ceremony, and literally nothing was too much trouble for him/his team. On the day itself, everything was handled with the utmost of compassion and empathy, and everything went exactly as I had planned so carefully. Trevor, the celebrant, relayed Dad's story with feeling, and everyone said how I'd done him proud. A huge thanks to Kevin and his team for ensuring that Dad's final farewell was as dignified as he was.

We first met the undertaker Kevin Bowen when he came to discuss our funeral plans for both my wife & myself. My wife was told her Cancer was terminal & Kevin put us both at ease & explained everything.Plans were arranged for both of us on the same day. Not many weeks later my wif e passed away at home.Kevin was informed and instantly took control knowing our wishes.From that first meeting to the funeral & after everything went as planned,every one agreed that it was a perfect funeral.
