We are truly grateful for the kindness, compassion and support of Merstow Green Funeral Home. We were guided respectfully throughout every step of the process and this really helped us at the time when we needed it the most. We feel very fortunate to have had the support of Freda who was there for us, answering every question and truly caring for us and for our loved one who had sadly passed away. We have no hesitation in recommending Merstow Green Funeral Home - truly deserving of a 5 star rating and more.

A massive thank you to Nicola and team for the exemplary service and professionalism shown at this difficult time, nothing was to much trouble. Unfortunately this is the second time I have had to use Merstow Green and i cannot say thank you enough, words cannot express the gratitude. I would highly recommend them.

The staff at Merstow Green Funeral Home were absolutely amazing. John came to the nursing home where my husband passed away and my daughter snd I knew Keith was in safe hands. They treated him with the utmost respect and were kind and supportive to us in the initial stages of our shock and grief. Kevin arranged the funeral paying particular attention to what the family and my husband would want.Everything was arranged and carried out in a professional manner and on the day of the funeral the respect given to Keith continued all the way through. Visiting Keith in the chapel of rest and picking up the ashes we met Freda another total professional and a true asset to the funeral home . She was kind and supportive and again respectful knocking on the chapel door before entering. Other staff we met were polite and friendly.
This was a really sad time for our family but everything was done to plan and make Keith’s funeral a fitting tribute . Thank you all so much

The care and consideration they have shown to us all has been phenomenal.
From the moment they arrived to collect my father John instilled in us confirmation that our loved one was in safe hands. Freda was kind, thoughtful and supportive through the whole time, when we went to visit our loved one in the Chapel of Rest and throughout other interactions that we have had.
The Traditional touches made the whole service so personal and honoured our father in such a special way.
The respect and dignity that has been demonstrated throughout the planning and during the service has made a very difficult time more bearable.
Thank you to the whole team...for you this is not just a job - this is a vocation. You are all perfect examples of what your profession needs, especially when dealing with families at their most vulnerable.

Having attended a funeral service at Norton Church this week I would like to say how impressed I was with the dignity, respect & professionalism shown by the team from Merstow Green Funeral Home; particularly the gentleman directing the team. They helped to create an atmosphere very fitting to such a sombre occasion.

As a family, we cannot fault the service we received from John and Nicola at Merstow Green Funeral Directors. From the first phone call to the day of the funeral, they could not have been more more caring ot attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, even multiple "picky" redrafts of the order of service. We would certainly recommend them without hesitation.

Nicola co-ordinated the funeral from start to finish with care and attention. She was a great help and a lovely person to deal with from start to finish. Also Amanda Golding the celebrant was a kind & caring lady who did a beautiful speech with grace and care and also a lovely lady to deal with.
